EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP) — A Radio Shack employee in Eau Claire is facing disorderly conduct and battery charges for punching a customer.

Police say the customer was trying to return an item Sunday, but the employee wouldn’t let him. The customer then asked to talk to a manager.
That’s when the 52-year-old male employee began punching the man. A bystander called 911.

The employee is due in court May 19.

I work in phone sales for the US industrial sector. I have a few customers that are so bad and just mean. I mean really really really bad that kind of disserve this. There is no professionalism when it comes to them. So I guess I get a poetic justice feeling. Yeah I am sure there is a lot more to the story. The story has a Saturday night live / mad TV way to it

No matter what my disdain for public restrooms is; it never fails to disappoint me how right I actually am. Today after having breakfast at Panera Bread (kind of a swanky bread and coffee shop), I told my aunt that I had to use the restroom. However just before I left, I told her how much I disliked using the things.

So just before I get into the stall I could already smell a weird chemical in the air. However when I take off my jacket to hang it on the hanger near the stall door, I notice brown paint had been smeared across the inside of my jacket. Only part of inside of the stall seemed to have been painted (no “wet paint!” sign to be seen), to which I muttered some choice words. Immediately I go watch the paint off my hands, and then I look in the trash can to see a spray paint can hidden under some of the disposed paper towels.

It must have been done just recently, in which I told a local manger about the situation. She then promptly took my jacket (and apologized) to the nearby cleaners, so that way I will be able to pick it up tomorrow.

This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. As a matter of fact the worse situation in which this occurred to me was when I was nine years old. I went to a local Vons (grocery store) and went to the facility there. However when I got there a full blown inferno (yes, fire) was melting down the toilet and sink. I did not panic in that particular situation, in which I quietly told one of the grocery clerks that they had a fire in their bathroom. Ever since then I have had nothing but bad luck when it comes to these things, and I tried to avoid them as much as the plague.
